Wow. I haven't updated/cooked from Ad Hoc in so long!
Well, winter break is over and the start of my last semester in Berkeley begins. :) for no more crazy, competitive, intense, stressful studying. :( for no more good food and the idea of not being in NorCal.
Anyways, more exciting news! Cooking Ad Hoc dinner for 4 this Saturday - finally!
Planned menu:
Asparagus Salad (Amuse Bouche style)
Roasted Pork Short Ribs
Borlotti Bean Ragu
Honey-Glazed Cipollini Onions
Be ready Esther Yoon, Daniel Chae, and Basile Kuo.
